Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing and delivery times vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery information will be provided at checkout when available.
Because some items may ship separately, products from the same order may arrive in more than one package.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once tracking becomes available for your shipment, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some Strong Standard products may be fulfilled separately. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in different packages and at different times. You won't be charged additional shipping because an order is split into multiple shipments.

What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible, so changes and cancellations aren't guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we'll let you know whether your order can still be updated.
PRODUCT CARE
How should I care for my Strong Standard gear?
Care varies by material, so we recommend checking the care instructions on the individual product page.
As a general rule, allow your gear to air dry completely after training and avoid storing damp equipment inside a closed gym bag.
Our cowhide lifting straps require different care from our fabric products and should not be machine washed.
